Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Network Yardcore training seats confirmed by invoice or written enrollment agreement. Website prices are informational; no payments are processed on this site.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed paid template packs. Transfers to a later cohort may be offered instead of a refund when seats allow.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@network-yardcore.digital within the eligibility window stated above, or within 7 days of payment if the cohort date has not yet been assigned.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort begins but before the third live session, a partial refund of 40% of the seat fee may apply, less any non-refundable items already delivered. Withdrawals after the third session are not eligible for partial refunds.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees (when applicable), custom research add-ons, and completed private Yard Relay facilitation days are non-refundable once delivered or reserved past cancellation deadlines in your agreement.

Refund process

Email your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and communicate the approved amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellations by Network Yardcore

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for travel booked independently.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may allow goodwill exceptions at our discretion. Consumer rights under Thai law that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
